Michael Zhe

Michael is not only a fully trained school psychologist and board certified behavior analyst but also a well-versed ABA insurance expert. Prior to joining BHW, Mike worked for one of the nation’s largest ABA provider groups as their head of ABA Insurance Operations. Now as BHW’s Chief Clinical Officer, in addition to navigating the insurance climate, he also leads, executes and manages BHW’s mission and vision across all of our regions with our clinical directors. Mike is leading a team of hundreds of employees to make a positive impact on more than a thousand families nationwide every day. He not only understands how to optimize clinical treatment for our families but also how to best align our business to be in front of more families needing services.
