Anela Boehm

Anela Boehm, M.S., BCBA, is an experienced professional in the field of applied behavior analysis, currently serving as the Senior Director of Clinical Services at Behavioral Innovations since June 2025. Previously held the position of Assistant Clinical Director at Behavioral Transformations from December 2023 to June 2025. Anela's career includes roles as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Action Behavior Centers from October 2022 to December 2023 and at Behavioral Transformations from January 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities also included serving as Assistant Clinical Supervisor and Behavioral Therapist. Anela earned a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas (2014-2019).
