David Dennis

David Dennis has extensive experience in facilities engineering, currently serving as Facilities Engineer at ABM Industries since January 2016. Prior to this, David Dennis held various engineering roles, including Engineer at Behringer Harvard since September 2012 and Engineer at CBRE from July 1995 to August 2012. Earlier positions include Chief Engineer at Trammell Crow Company and Director of Building Services at JMB/Monarch and The Hampton at Post Oak, where responsibilities included overseeing operations at significant multi-story buildings. David Dennis’s career began as an Apprentice - Chief Engineer at Cadillac Fairview Urban Development. David Dennis is also EPA CFC OSHA Certified and has extensive experience with HVAC systems and maintenance operations. Education includes studies at North Harris County College and Lone Star College.
