Charlotte Iosson

Charlotte Iosson is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. Currently employed at Beiersdorf since September 2019, Charlotte leads projects aimed at enhancing data utilization across various engineering and development teams. Previous roles include serving as a Junior Process Engineer at Beiersdorf, where Charlotte successfully scaled up manufacturing technologies and coordinated stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, Charlotte contributed to research at Mondelēz International focused on improving manufacturing process control, as well as gaining hands-on experience as a Student Process Technologist at PepsiCo. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Engineering (Eng.D.) in Formulation Engineering from the University of Birmingham, complemented by a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Chemical Engineering from the same institution.
