Henri Marion

Henri Marion is a seasoned executive in research and development with extensive experience in the consumer health and personal care sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of the US Innovation Center at Beiersdorf since September 2019, Henri leads a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering innovative products for various cosmetic and dermatological brands. Previous roles include Vice President of R&D Sun Care for both Coppertone and Bayer Consumer Health, where Henri successfully managed large teams and drove product development from ideation to launch. Henri's career includes key positions at Bayer, Roche, and Pfizer, demonstrating a strong background in technical leadership, regulatory affairs, and project management. Henri holds a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Birkbeck, University of London.
