Monika Kelder

Monika Kelder has held various managerial roles at Beiersdorf since October 2015, currently serving as Business Implementation Manager for QM SAP S/4HANA. Monika's experience includes leading strategic development and quality management for over 65 global cosmetic suppliers, as well as managing quality assurance and auditing processes in Beiersdorf factories. Prior roles at Beiersdorf Manufacturing Hamburg GmbH included Groupleader of Quality Laboratories, overseeing quality management across multiple product lines. Earlier in career at NIVEA Polska, Monika established Quality Management as a functional area and coordinated the implementation of a new SAP ERP quality management module. Monika holds a Master of Engineering degree in Quality and Foods Engineering from Poznan University of Economics And Business.
