Stefan Gallinat

Stefan Gallinat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as VP R&D Discovery at Beiersdorf since October 2000. In addition to this role, Stefan is a member of the Venture Lead Team for Oscar & Paul Beiersdorf Venture Capital and has held various leadership positions including Corporate Director Open Innovation & Incubation, Head of Microbiome Accelerator, and Group Manager Research Skin Biology & Skin Structure. Prior to joining Beiersdorf, Stefan was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Florida and completed a Ph.D. at Kiel University. Educational credentials include a High Performance Leadership program from IMD, an Executive MBA in Marketing from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Master's in Management from FernUniversität in Hagen, complemented by a Diploma in Chemistry from Kiel University.
