Stefan Kaufmann

Stefan Kaufmann serves as the Head of Formulation Engineering & Process Development at Beiersdorf AG, leading a team focused on innovation and technology development within a global supply chain context. With extensive experience in research and development, Stefan has held various leadership roles at Nestlé, including R&D Group Leader for Nutrient Technology and Network Leader for Food Science and Technology. Additionally, Stefan has contributed to the European Federation of Chemical Engineering as Chairman of the Section on Product Design and Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Technical Sciences in Food Process Engineering from ETH Zürich and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Chemical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
