Stefan Ruester

Stefan Ruester has extensive experience in packaging and sustainability, currently serving as a Packaging Sustainability & Digital Expert at Beiersdorf since April 2019, focusing on driving the transformation towards sustainability through digital tools. Prior to this role, Stefan spent over a decade at Beiersdorf AG, initially as Packaging Manager, where responsibilities included packaging management and development of new cosmetic products, and later as Packaging Innovation Manager, concentrating on new packaging innovations and creating a customized innovation process. Stefan holds an Engineer’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and an MBA for engineers, both from Hamburg University of Technology and FernUniversität in Hagen.
