Yulia Devrisashvili

Yulia Devrisashvili currently serves as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager for Russia while also heading HR for Eurasia at Beiersdorf since October 2023. Additionally, Yulia is a University Lecturer specializing in HR management at the Российский Экономический Университет им. Г.В. Плеханова since December 2023. Prior experience includes leading the RPO Department at ANCOR from March 2023 to September 2023 and a significant tenure at Michelin from November 2007 to March 2023, where responsibilities included talent acquisition strategy, HR brand development, compensation and benefits management, and employee integration. Yulia's career also encompasses roles in payroll and C&B specialization at ЗАО ЦПТ early in the career. Yulia holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and has further education from the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis.
