Angélique Coutant

Angélique Coutant is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in media and telecommunications law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at beIN MEDIA GROUP since November 2013, Angélique oversees personal data protection and GDPR compliance at the group level while providing legal support across various departments, including Technical, On-air, Communication, Digital, and Marketing. Previous roles include legal counsel positions at RATP, CANAL+ AFRIQUE, CANAL+ OVERSEAS, Sony France, Altares - Dun and Bradstreet, and Dailymotion, where responsibilities encompassed commercial and IP agreements, litigation management, and compliance with consumer and competition laws. Angélique holds two master's degrees: one in Media Law from Aix-Marseille University and another in Business Law with a focus on IP and IT from Paris-Sud University.
