Adam Parry

Adam Parry currently serves as the Head of HR for Consumer Service - Europe at Beko Europe, overseeing HR functions across 25 EMEA countries and focusing on alignment of HR strategies with business goals to enhance organisational performance. Prior to this role, Adam held leadership positions in HR at Whirlpool Corporation, managing HR activities across the EMEA region and handling trade union relationships in the UK and Ireland. Adam's extensive experience includes roles as a Regional HR Business Partner at Reach plc and HR Business Partner at Arrow Electronics, as well as HR Manager at Volmary GmbH. Adam began a career in HR following a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management from Anglia Ruskin University and holds a first-class BA (Hons) in Geography from Coventry University.
