Ian Hamblin

Ian Hamblin is an accomplished Architecture Engineering Manager currently leading a skilled team at Beko Europe since April 2024, focusing on developing dryer platforms for the UK market. Previously, Ian held the same position at Whirlpool Corporation from October 2015 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams to deliver safe and cost-effective product solutions. Ian's career spans over two decades, beginning as a CAD Contractor and progressing through roles as a Designer & Technical Applications Engineer at Weir Strachan & Henshaw, and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at both Indesit Company and Whirlpool Corporation. Ian holds a BA (Hons) in Industrial Design from Brunel University London, acquired between 1997 and 2001.
