Simona Gianotti

Simona Gianotti is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information technology management and project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Europe CIO for Beko Europe since April 2024 and as Co-Founder of InspireMi, a non-profit cultural association aimed at empowering women through connections, Simona previously held several key positions at Whirlpool Corporation, including EMEA CIO and IT Director. With a background as IT Demand Manager and IT Project Manager at Indesit Company, Simona has successfully managed critical IT initiatives in finance and HR, while overseeing major projects that enhanced reporting and budgeting processes. Earlier experience includes roles as IT Project Manager at Merloni Elettrodomestici UK and SAP Senior Consultant at Accenture, reinforcing a strong foundation in SAP systems and business process optimization. Simona holds a Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale from Politecnico di Milano and has furthered education at SDA Luigi Bocconi.
