Richard Wardlow has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Richard began their career at Radium, where they worked as a Software Developer and Senior Pipeline TD, creating software to improve data syncing between facilities and developing plug-ins for Autodesk Maya. Richard then joined Digital Domain Holdings as a Software Developer and Technical Supervisor, where they developed standalone applications, plugins, and automation scripts for various projects.

After that, Wardlow worked at SixthSense MedTech, LLC as a Software and Hardware Engineer, contributing to the development of medical systems and conducting research in the medical industry. Richard also worked at Circuits for Fun as a Software and Hardware Engineer, where they designed and developed the pyMCU, a python-controlled microcontroller, and other electronics tools.
