Guan Wei Lim has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Guan Wei started their career as a Category Marketing Intern at Unilever Food Solutions in 2016. In 2017, they joined The Kraft Heinz Company as an AMEA Supply Chain Graduate Management Trainee, where they successfully implemented cost-saving measures and provided strategic insights. Later in the same year, they joined Unilever, where they held positions as a Retail Marketing & Operations Executive, Trade & Shopper Marketing Executive, and Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager. During their time at Unilever, Guan Wei Lim achieved significant business growth and implemented innovative marketing and operational concepts. Guan Wei then moved on to Bel, where they have held roles as a Category & Trade Marketing Manager, Business Development & Marketing Manager, and currently serves as the Business Development Lead for Southeast Asia.
Guan Wei Lim obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Finance from Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, they also attended Umeå University for a brief period to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at Nanyang Junior College from 2009 to 2010.
