Ridhi Barber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Ridhi started their career at Toys R Us in 2011 as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for product development and brand management. Ridhi later became a Global "R" Us Brand Specialist, overseeing product development, licensing, and inventory management for Disney Cars in multiple markets.

In 2014, Ridhi worked as a Brand Management MBA Intern at Mars before joining the company full-time in 2015. At Mars, they initially served as an Associate Brand Manager for Starburst and then as a Senior Associate Brand Manager for Extra Gum. In these roles, they focused on brand strategy and product development.

In 2017, Ridhi took on the position of Brand Manager for Gum & Mints Innovation, where they led the innovation strategy and pipeline development for brands such as Extra, Orbit, and Altoids. Ridhi successfully launched a top innovation priority that generated $150 million in revenue and is still on the market today.

In 2019, Ridhi moved to Bel as a Brand Manager for the Snacking Portfolio Innovation. Ridhi led the innovation strategy and pipeline development for Bel's snacking brands, fast-tracking the launch of three new products to the market. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Brand Manager for Babybel and Brand Director at Bel.

Ridhi Barber holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business, which was completed in 2015. Ridhi also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Mays Business School - Texas A&M University, where their fields of study included Marketing, Economics, and Retail.
