Frederic Le Guen

Frederic Le Guen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Animalis since May 2022, Frederic is also the founder and advisor at LG Strats, focusing on digital and e-commerce consultancy. Previously, Frederic held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Belambra Clubs, where oversight of over 3,000 staff and a turnover of €190M was achieved, successfully transforming the company to profitability prior to the COVID-19 crisis. Prior to Belambra, Frederic worked at Amazon as a Senior Leader in the Fulfillment By Amazon business and as Senior Category Leader for the Toys category, demonstrating strong expertise in e-commerce and marketplace management. Additional experiences include roles at Fnac.com, Darty, and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Frederic holds an MBA from INSEAD and a European Masters in Management from ESCP Business School.
