Flora Williams

Flora Williams is an experienced professional currently serving as the Innovation Insight Manager at Belazu Ingredient Company since March 2020. In this role, Flora collects insights from industry experts, manages the innovation process from ideation to launch, and presents trends to stakeholders. Previously, as an Innovation and Insight Executive at Fre, Flora refined skills in developing engaging educational content while completing a master's degree in Latin American Studies at UCL. Additional experience includes teaching English at English Advance, management roles at Hampstead Theatre, and customer service at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre. Flora holds a BA in Geography from The University of Manchester and has participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Amsterdam.
