Eliza Winograd

Eliza Winograd is an experienced culinary professional who has worked in various roles and companies. Eliza started their career as a Chef Instructor at Toscana Saporita in 2006, where they served until November 2007. Eliza then joined Barbuto as a Line Cook in 2007 and worked there for a year. In 2007, Eliza also started working as a Sales and Marketing Associate at Zoe Extra Virgin Olive Oil until February 2010.

In 2010, Eliza took on the role of Recipe Editor at Cookstr.com from March 2010 to April 2014. During the same period, they also started their own venture as a Private Chef and Culinary Instructor, which continued until October 2017.

In September 2017, Eliza joined Marley Spoon as a Recipe Developer and worked there until February 2020. Eliza then moved on to become the Test Kitchen Director at Marley Spoon in February 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Culinary Innovation at Marley Spoon from January 2022.

Eliza Winograd began their education journey in 2000 when they enrolled at Connecticut College. Eliza pursued a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and English and completed their studies in 2004. In 2005, Eliza attended the French Culinary Institute, where they obtained a Grand Diploma. After a gap of several years, Eliza recommenced their education in 2013 by enrolling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Eliza completed the program in 2014 and became a Certified Health Coach.
