Patty Seltzer

Patty Seltzer has extensive experience in talent and development roles. Patty currently holds the position of Director Talent and Development at Belden Inc. Patty previously worked at Radial Inc. as the Director of Learning and Development, where they were responsible for creating a corporate learning strategy and function and implementing leadership development programs. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Global Talent Management and Learning at IQVIA. Earlier in their career, Patty worked as a Sr. Manager and Change Leader at IMS Health and as a Consultant in various engagements in the Philadelphia Area.

Patty Seltzer holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Rosemont College. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Korn Ferry 360 Diagnostics and Coaching from Korn Ferry (HAY Group).
