Bobby Redja is currently working as a Mine Engineer at Belengkong Mineral Resources since January 2023. Prior to this, Bobby worked at Anugrah Riau Coal as a Mine Engineer, where the main responsibility was to make mine plans and designs. Additionally, Bobby is a Member of The Association of Indonesian Mining Professionals (PERHAPI). Bobby previously worked as a Mining Engineer at PT Makmur Lestari Primatama. Bobby obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta.

PT. Belengkong Mineral Resources (BMR) is a privately-owned company that works in the operation and support , construction, product processing and transportation of mining related activities. Equipped with an ambitious agenda, BMR has been growing exponentially since its foundation in June 2007. The company has now become one of the largest iron ore mining contractor in Indonesia with an annual production of 10,000,000 tonnes in 2013. BMR owns three mining projects in Kalimantan (Borneo) Island, namely Pulau Sebuku project (in affiliation with PT. Sebuku Iron Lateritic Ores), Tanjung Batu project (in affiliation with PT. Sebuku Iron Lateritic Ores), Batu Kajang project (wholly owned coal IUP) and Lowan Project (in affiliation with PT. Dihan Putra Perkasa). The company's headquater is located at the city of Jakarta, Indonesia. On average, each BMR's key management and operational team have more than 20 years of experience. The company vision is to build a highly sustainable business which could extensively create value-added activities to it's surrounding local communities.
