Amélie Wauters

Amélie Wauters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and technology management. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance for Technology Platforms at Belfius since November 2022, Amélie is responsible for implementing a quality strategy, managing global quality governance, and overseeing the test automation department. Previously, Amélie held the role of IT Customer Solution Manager at speos, where responsibilities included leading a team of Solution Architects and Project Managers, enhancing team competencies aligned with business strategy, and mentoring for adherence to company standards. Amélie's background also includes positions as a Solution Architect and Project Manager at speos, an intern in toxicology at the Scientific Institute of Public Health, and roles in sales and environmental analysis. Amélie holds a Master of Science in International Business from Hult International Business School and two Master's degrees in Biology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
