Nicole Marin serves as the Principal Consultant at Marin Lean Management Consulting since October 2017, leading a woman-owned independent operational excellence consulting firm with diverse industry experience ranging from food service to pharmaceuticals. Marin has held significant roles including Vice President of Supply Chain and Customer Service at Formulated Solutions, as well as Interim Supply Chain Head for Bayer Consumer Health, where leadership resulted in improved operational metrics during challenging times. Past experiences also include senior positions at Unipart Expert Practices, SourceHOV, PALL Industrial, and ITT Goulds-Pumps, focusing on implementing lean methodologies and driving process improvements. Marin's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
