Lázaro Daré

Lázaro Daré has a diverse work experience in customer success and account management roles. In their most recent position at Believe, they serve as the Head of Account Management and Customer Success for Brazil and Portugal. Prior to this, they worked at Belvo as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Lázaro also held roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Arena, a Customer Success Specialist at LEVEE, a Customer Success Manager at Co.Aktion, and a Senior Customer Success Manager at Semantix. Before transitioning to customer success, Lázaro worked as an Account Manager at BNP Paribas Securities Services and Facemedia Redes Sociais & Online Marketing, where they also served as a Social Media Manager. Lázaro began their career as an intern in finance at the Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and later as an intern buyer at CLUB MEDITERRANEE.

Lázaro Daré completed their Master's degree (MSc) curricular units in Human Resources Management at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Post-graduation (PgDip) in Human Resources Management at the same institution. Lázaro obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management + Public Administration from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, during 2013 to 2014, they experienced International Academic Mobility in Management + Public Administration at Universidade de Coimbra.
