Dominic Hotz

Dominic Hotz has a strong background in human resources, with over 30 years of experience. Dominic currently holds the position of EVP Human Resources at Belimed AG since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Meyer Burger Technology Ltd from 2015 to 2020, where they held various roles such as Global Head HR, Global HR Business Partner, and Head of Group Compensation & Development. From 2011 to 2015, they served as Senior HR BP Region DACH at Electrolux Professional. Dominic also worked at Crucell as Director Human Resources from 2007 to 2011, at Logwin as an International HR Business Partner from 2006 to 2007, and at Swisscom as an HR Manager from 1990 to 2006.

Dominic Hotz's education history begins in 2001 at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft in Bern, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Dominic completed their studies in this field in 2003. Later, in 2010, Dominic attended the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz and earned another Bachelor's degree, this time in Human Resources Management. Their studies at this institution lasted until 2011.
