Wouter Elfers is a highly experienced business psychologist and consultant with a diverse background in assessment psychology. Currently serving as an Assessment Psychologist at BeljonWesterterp B.V. and the Aviation Medical Center since 2022 and 2021 respectively, Wouter also operates as the owner of PACKT Psychologie since 2020, providing psychological advice and coaching. Additional roles include Coaching Psychologist at Drive and Selectie- en assessmentpsycholoog for both the Police Academy Netherlands and Belastingdienst, along with freelance consulting at PACKT - Psychologisch Advies, Keuring & Coaching.
