VJ (Vijendra) Nalwad has over 27 years of experience in engineering and product development. VJ (Vijendra) has held various leadership roles at different companies, showcasing their expertise and ability to drive successful initiatives.

At Belkin International, VJ served as the Vice President of Engineering & Quality, overseeing all global engineering functions. VJ (Vijendra) was also responsible for integrating a design assurance philosophy into the organization to ensure quality was embedded in products from the start. VJ also played a crucial role as the Project Czar for the E2 Initiative, where they led a cross-functional team in developing and implementing an efficient new product development process.

Prior to their time at Belkin, VJ worked at Hauser Design Inc as a Mechanical Engineer, providing consulting engineering services across multiple industries. VJ (Vijendra) collaborated with notable companies such as Hewlett Packard, Gateway, and Motorola on various product development projects.

Before that, VJ worked at Dauphin Technology Inc as a Mechanical Design Engineer. During their time there, they designed and engineered a pen-based Windows tablet, working closely with IBM for its production.
