Tonya Raye Forrest

Tonya Raye Forrest has had several roles in talent acquisition and recruiting. Tonya Raye began their career as a Recruiter Assistant at The Select Group in 2013 and worked their way up to becoming a Technical Recruiter and later an Office Manager. In 2016, they moved to Dish Network, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer on a contract basis before being promoted to Sr. Recruiter - Direct Sales. Tonya Raye then became a Sr. Talent Acquisition Associate - Supervisor, responsible for supervising a team of 12 contractors and handling full-cycle recruiting for various corporate positions. In 2018, they joined Bell and Howell as a Talent Acquisition Specialist before being promoted to Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead later that year.

Tonya Raye Forrest attended Wakefield High School from 2005 to 2009 and graduated with a High School degree. Tonya Raye then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Business at Peace College from 2009 to 2013.
