Rebecca Boyde

Rebecca Boyde MRTPI is a Town Planner currently employed at Bell Cornwell LLP Planning Consultants since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as a Senior Planning Officer at Plymouth City Council from July 2012 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing junior case officers and managing a caseload of planning applications. Education includes a Master’s degree in Town Planning Practice and Research from Cardiff University and a degree in Applied Geography from Bournemouth University, along with experience as a Planning Assistant at Horsey Lightly Fynn from 2008 to 2010, where Rebecca was involved in various aspects of planning, including judicial reviews and planning appeals.
