Floyd Palma

Floyd Palma has extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering, with a career spanning over three decades in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance specialist at Bell Flight since April 2017, Floyd previously held positions at ST Aerospace as a Quality Engineer and at Boeing International Corporation as a Quality Systems Specialist. Throughout the years, Floyd has also worked for other notable organizations, including Philippine Airlines, where roles included Avionics Mechanic and Methods Engineer. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministry from Brethren Evangelical School of Theology and a degree in Aviation Electronics Engineering from the Philippine Air Force College of Aeronautics, along with specialized training in Aircraft Maintenance Technology.
