Catarina Soares Braga is currently working at Bell Food Group AG as the Deputy Head of QM/Data Management/Specification and as a Quality Manager. Catarina previously interned at Università degli Studi di Teramo in the field of Economy and Marketing in Food Science. In addition, Catarina gained experience as an intern at the Fruits and Vegetables Laboratory - UFSC through a Scientific Initiation Scholarship. Prior to that, Catarina worked as a Production Assistant at Restaurante Navegantes, where Catarina assisted in various tasks such as cash registry, reception, waitress duties, cleaning, cooking, marketing, promotions, and customer/supplier assistance. Catarina holds a Master's degree in Food Technology from ZHAW School of Life Sciences and Facility Management and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
