Carl Starling CMIOSH is an experienced health, safety, and sustainability leader, currently serving as Director of Health, Safety and Sustainability at Bell since October 2023. Previously, Carl held the position of Head of Health and Safety at HomeServe, where responsibilities included managing a team to ensure compliance across multiple offices and a vast customer base. With a strong background in health and safety management, Carl progressed within Chamberlin plc from Divisional HSE Manager to Group HSE Manager, overseeing extensive health, safety, and environmental practices across multiple sites.
