Sarah Leslie

Sarah is an experienced litigation lawyer with expertise across tax, insolvency and regulatory matters.

​Sarah advises on a broad range of litigation areas. Her experience includes advising on tax, insolvency, regulatory matters, general civil litigation, social welfare, law officer functions, criminal matters and Te Tiriti o Waitangi/the Treaty of Waitangi ​issues.

As Crown Counsel in the Crown Law Office, she would regularly appear as lead counsel in civil and criminal matters in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Taxation Review Authority and District Court. Sarah has also appeared as junior counsel in the Supreme Court.

In 2018, Sarah was on secondment as senior solicitor to the Inland Revenue Department.​​
