Jill Morgan-Frost

Jill Morgan-Frost has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Jill started their career in 2003 at Houston Publications as a Publications Manager, where they worked until 2006. From there, they joined Time Warner Cable as a Regional Marketing Specialist from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they joined Bell Flight, where they held various roles, including Employee Programs/Community Relations Specialist from 2010 to 2014, Sr. University Relations Partner from 2014 to 2016, Manager Talent Acquisition from 2016 to 2018, HR Business Partner Leader from 2018 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Director Global Talent Acquisition from 2022.

Jill Morgan-Frost earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Louisiana State University, which they attended from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they studied at Northwestern State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from 1997 to 2001. In 2013 and 2014, Jill attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, although the degree and field of study for this period are unknown.
