John Dandurand

John Dandurand was named Bell’s executive vice president of Human Resources in March 2023. He oversees a global team of HR and internal communications professionals that makes sure every employee feels empowered to go above and beyond in support of the company’s vision while living Bell’s values every day.

Before joining Bell, John was vice president and general manager for McCauley Propeller Systems, with responsibility for leading a cross-functional team at one of the world’s largest full-line propeller manufacturers. Prior to that, he was the vice president of European Service Centers for Textron Aviation. In this role, he provided leadership and oversight for teams at Service Facilities, Line Stations and Mobile Service Units throughout Europe. John ensured customers received the ongoing aircraft maintenance and support needed to maximize aircraft availability and effective operations.
