Jon Cooke

Jon Cooke has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. Jon is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Bell Partners Inc since March 2019. Before that, from January 2014 to December 2018, Jon held the same position at Invitation Homes/Waypoint Homes. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Cortland Partners from March 2013 to January 2014. Jon also has experience as a Regional Property Manager at Equity Residential from August 2008 to March 2013, and at Lane Company from May 2006 to July 2008. Jon started their career as a Property Manager at CNC Investments from 2005 to 2006 and at EPT Management from 2001 to 2005. Jon's earliest role was as a Property Manager at UDR from 1999 to 2001.

Jon Cooke received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government, as well as Criminal Justice, from The University of Georgia from 1995 to 1999. Later on, they pursued their MBA from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business from 2005 to 2008.
