Kris Buker

Kris Buker has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. They started their career in 1998 as a Regional Manager at Equity Residential and held this role for nearly 18 years. They then worked at Thrive Communities, Inc. as a Regional Manager from February 2016 to December 2016. After that, they joined Sage Apartment Communities, Inc. as a Regional Manager from December 2016 to July 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Security Properties Residential as a Talent Development Manager. Currently, Kris Buker is employed at Bell Partners Inc where they have held multiple roles including Regional Manager from April 2019 to November 2020, Regional Director from November 2020 to January 2022, and currently serving as the Vice President of Operations from January 2022 onwards.

Kris Buker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Leadership from Capella University, where they studied from 2006 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Kris Buker has obtained several certifications throughout their career. They achieved the "Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM)" certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in August 2022. In July 2017, Kris Buker obtained the "SHRM-CP" certification from SHRM. They also earned the "Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor" certification from the National Apartment Association in June 2014, and the "NAAEI" certification from the National Apartment Association in January 2008.
