Dan Gilmore is an experienced Executive Chef with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Bellevue Club since September 2021, Dan has previously held the position of Executive Chef/F&B Manager at Crowne Plaza under Aimbridge Hospitality from March 2015 to September 2021. Dan's culinary expertise is further demonstrated through roles as Executive Chef at Hotel Sorrento and Palisade, and as Chef De Cuisine at Hyatt at Olive 8. Dan holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts from Seattle Central College, completed between 2003 and 2005, and has further educational experience from Naropa University.
