Kristen Herbes

Kristen Herbes has extensive experience in instructional design and training within healthcare and community settings. Currently serving as the IT Training and Optimization Supervisor and Epic Instructional Designer at Bellin Health since June 2018, Kristen has previously held roles such as Instructional Designer and Credentialed Trainer at Hospital Sisters Health System. Prior to these positions, Kristen worked with the American Cancer Society from July 2014 to September 2017 as a Senior Community Development Manager, managing multiple Relay For Life community events and leading volunteer engagement. Earlier experience includes teaching fourth grade at Luxemburg-Casco Intermediate School from 2003 to 2006, where Kristen designed and implemented differentiated curricula. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, earned in 2002.
