Ching-Yee Hu

Ching-Yee is senior vice president of research and innovation at Premier Nutrition Company. She brings 20 years of leadership experience from companies such as Nestle and General Mills as well as having served as founder and CEO of a snack food brand. With experience across both brand marketing and innovation, she loves looking to the future to imagine how to make people’s lives better and healthier. In particular she enjoys combining creativity and analytical rigor to identify and translate fuzzy ideas into big picture insights and concrete action. During her free time Ching-Yee can be found hanging out with her husband and kids or collecting cookbooks in pursuit of the next great recipe.

Ching-Yee has a BA from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Tuck school of Business at Dartmouth.
