Ravikanth Gadicherla

Ravikanth (Ravi) Gadicherla currently serves as the Director of Supply Chain Analytics, Research, Development, and Quality at Mondelēz International since May 2022, overseeing analytics and reporting activities for various supply chain functions. Prior to this role, Ravi held multiple positions at Kennametal from August 2005 to April 2022, culminating in the role of Global Head of Enterprise Data Science & Advanced Analytics, where significant business outcomes were achieved, including a margin increase and improved EBIT. Additional roles at Kennametal encompassed responsibilities in data analytics, business intelligence, and operational excellence, with a focus on enhancing supply chain visibility and process improvement. Ravi's earlier experience includes positions at IBM and HP, specializing in business intelligence and technical leadership.
