Customer Success Manager at Bellwether Coffee

Dave Delchamps has worked in the coffee industry since 2008. Dave began their career as the Director of Coffee at 1000 Faces Coffee, where they were responsible for daily production and quality assurance operations. In 2009, they served as a Fiscal Treasurer and Board Member at the Cucyo Arts Center for Creative Exploration in the Dominican Republic. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Octane Coffee Company as the Training Manager, where they drove skill set development of staff members as well as training policy implementation for retail stores. From 2015 to 2020, they held multiple roles at Thrive Farmers, including Director of Beverage and Hospitality and Director of Coffee Excellence. In 2020, they began working at RoadSync as a Business Development Manager and Business Development Representative. In 2021, they returned to Bellwether Coffee as a Customer Success Manager.

Dave Delchamps attended Columbus State University from 2006-2008 and The University of Georgia from 2008-2010, where they earned a BA in Human Geography. Dave also obtained a Licensed Q-Grader, Arabica certification from the Coffee Quality Institute.
