Alicia Decant

Alicia DeCant, MBA, PHR, is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at BWE since December 2024. With a robust background in strategic people management, Alicia has previously held senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of People at Accuserve Solutions, Inc., where oversight was given to the HR strategy for over 600 employees during significant organizational growth. Other notable positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Libbey, where Alicia successfully led a global restructuring initiative, and various HR leadership roles at Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services, Inc., and Pioneer Metal Finishing, focusing on talent management and organizational development. Alicia holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from The University of Toledo and a BSBA in Business Management from Ohio Northern University.
