Denise McGee

As Chief Human Resource Officer, Denise is responsible for developing and executing strategies in all aspects of HR including recruiting, benefits, talent development, employee relations, and compensation as well as managing the Bellwether Foundation, in support of the overall strategic direction of the organization. Denise will partner with the other members of the executive team to align, communicate and implement the plans that advance the growth of the company while maintaining BWE’s culture. Denise has been with BWE since 2019 and has assisted in the advancement of many strategic initiatives including the implementation of several acquisitions.

Denise has over 30 years in the banking and insurance industry. Prior to joining Bellwether, she held a variety of positions at PNC Bank in the areas of Human Resources, Communications and Strategic Planning She has partnered with various executive leaders and teams throughout her career to maximize human capital and drive results.

Denise is a graduate of Malone University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business.
