Allen Deleon

Allen Deleon is an experienced food and beverage manager with a diverse background in restaurant operations and team leadership. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at Belmont Park Entertainment since July 2021, Allen has previously held positions such as General Manager at Broken Yolk Cafe, Assistant General Manager and Executive Chef at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, and General Manager at multiple establishments including Slim Chickens and Chop Chop. Early career experience includes rapid advancement to General Manager at Jimmy John's, where strong leadership skills were developed. Additionally, Allen brings valuable military experience from the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included military police duties and supervision of personnel.
