Brittany Willden has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Brittany began their career at Harman Music Group as a Shipping and Receiving employee in January 2007. After that, they joined Spectrum Field Services, Inc. in September 2007 as a Region Coordinator. Brittany gradually grew within the company and took on roles such as Team Lead, Supervisor, and ultimately became a Client Relationship Manager in January 2015. Brittany worked in that position until August 2021. In August 2021, they transitioned to Belong as a Customer Success Manager. Later, they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in March 2022. Currently, they are working as a Team Lead in Customer Success at Belong from August 2023.
Brittany Willden is a graduate of Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they attended Salt Lake Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management.
