John Torkos has extensive experience in the moving and relocation industry. John started their career as a Salesman and Project Manager at Benton & Holden, Inc. Allied Van Lines from 1989 to 1992. John then joined Budd Van Lines as the General Manager of the Commercial Moving Division, where they managed sales and operations from 1992 to 2003. After that, they worked as the Vice President of Corporate Relocation at J.D. Carton & Son, Inc., Agent for Allied Van Lines, from 2004 to 2010. John was responsible for developing national account business sales and service models. Following this, they served as the General Manager of Graebel Movers Inc. Northeastern at Graebel Van Lines from 2010 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Commercial Moving Services at Beltmann Relocation Group, a role they have held since 2012. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in various aspects of the industry, including office & industrial moving, sales management, operations management, and profit & loss responsibility. Notable projects include McGraw Hill outsource relocation and household goods account, as well as the move of the New York Jets from Long Island to New Jersey.

John Torkos completed their high school education at Whippany Park from 1977 to 1981. John pursued further education at Montclair State University, specializing in Economics, from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.
