Chad Schroth

Chad Schroth serves as the Employment Services Lead at Beltrami County since December 2016, acting as a policy subject matter expert and analyzing policy changes. Previously, Chad worked as a Workforce Navigator/Case Manager, assisting participants in establishing employment goals. Additionally, since February 2011, Chad has been a Human Resources Sergeant in the MN Army National Guard, managing military personnel and administrative tasks. Chad's earlier experience includes roles such as Case Aide at Beltrami County, Retail Banking Manager at Deerwood Bank, Personal Banker/Store Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, and Assistant Branch Manager at Northern State Bank. Chad began military service as an Infantryman in the Minnesota Army National Guard in July 1993. Chad holds a degree from Bemidji State University, earned between 1993 and 1999.
