Camila Silveira has over ten years of work experience in customer success, sales, operations, finance and insurance. Camila began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Finance at Ambientis Aud. Radioproteção LTDA, where they were responsible for accounts payable and receivable, billing, and human resources assistance. In 2012, they moved to Grupo SHC as an Assistant of Insurance. From 2013 to 2018, Camila worked at ComparaOnline.com in various roles, including Coordinator of Operations, Analyst of Operations, and Assistant of Operations. In this role, they developed, implemented, and controlled projects and processes, identified GAPs, and analyzed results. From 2020 to 2021, Camila worked at Agrofy Brasil as a Customer Success Leader and Sales Team Leader. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Belvo.

Camila Silveira graduated from FECAP in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Publicity and Propaganda, with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
